Game Time

It's football season!

The neighbors have spray-painted their favorite local team logos on their lawns.  The conversations become filled with words like "flea-flicker", "q b sneak", "play-action pass",  Peyton Manning, Denver Broncos, Larry Fitzgerald, the other Bronco, wide-receiver, "engage 8", the Jets, Conferences & Bowls.  The boys bring the paper in first thing in the morning to check scores & the latest news on their teams.  Dinner is sometimes had in front of the TV.

And what I love most...the afternoons are filled with neighborhood pick-up games...

just in time for dad to join in as he gets home from work.
